Welcome!

I’ve been documenting my creative endeavors since 2014. Thoughts on the creative process, my travels, shows, new ideas and what’s on my easel are just a few things I post on. Feel free to linger…

Redux...

That orange was terrible.  I don't know what I was thinking, letting my five and three year old sons make a major hue decision for my farmhouse.  My eight year old daughter talked some sense into me and now the house is slightly pink, but I would say, wholly improved.

I sent this "Great Plains Bones" jpeg to a gallery that carries my work and they want to hang it.  That's always nice to hear.  Until then, I have to wait three or four weeks to find out if it makes the Landscapes of the Americas show at MFA this fall.  As mentioned before, that show is open to all artists residing in North, Central, and South America.  That's a heck of a lot of artists to compete with.  Not sure of the outcome at this point, but I'm pleased with my work, which is more important because I'm the one with my name on it, not the art critics.

Wish me luck and thanks as always for plugging along with my artistic endeavors...
