Good evening! I've been working on a show for April 2017 in Ellicott City and for those of you who aren't local, the entire historic area was flooded and 200 year old+ buildings were reduced to mud and rubble. It's heartbreaking because here in the Baltimore/D.C. corridor, we take preservation of our historic districts very seriously. Not only did the gallery I'm slated (with two other gals) to show at in Spring 2017 get entirely flooded, it may not be repaired in time for my show. Will update you as I hear from the gallery owner.
On a much lighter note, the Annapolis ARTWALK is tomorrow night! Pray for good weather! I'll be at West Annapolis Artworks with my fellow represented artists and Kellee Wynne Conrad, my art rep and artist in her own right, will be doing a live demo on how to paint clouds (they're MUCH harder than they appear to be!). Please join us and bring the kiddos! It's a fun night.
