Welcome!

I’ve been documenting my creative endeavors since 2014. Thoughts on the creative process, my travels, shows, new ideas and what’s on my easel are just a few things I post on. Feel free to linger…

Donated for Maryland Federation of Art's Annual Collector's Choice Event! Get Your Ticket!

MFA’s annual Collector’s Choice Event is fast approaching. Each year it earns enough donations and tickets sales to make nearly 30% of MFA’s annual budget. This is astounding! MFA is both a non-profit and the oldest artist-run gallery in the state! If you are interested in having a one of a kind, original piece of art for your home or office, this is the best ticket in town! Contact MFA for ticket sales. I believe $150 gets you a ticket and you will go home with a new piece for your collection. www.mdfedart.com

An aside- This is also a great way to get your kiddos interested in fine art. My best buddy brought her son to this event with me in 2019 and he ended up being the third person in line to choose a piece. My friend was delighted when he picked a beautiful nautical watercolor that fit perfectly into their living room!

I’ve donated and volunteered at Collector’s Choice for (I believe) six or seven years. My pieces usually go quickly, in the first round. This year, I’m donating “City Lights #3”, an acrylic on canvas that is 20x20” and has a nice thick stretched gallery wrapped canvas that is ready to hang!
